LE Series Conveyor Belt Winding Machine
LE series Conveyor Belt Rolling machine is a kind of product used for belt conveyors to change conveyor belts.
It can be unrolled or rolled into rolls according to user requirements to facilitate packaging and transportation.
The belt winder machine is suitable for all kinds of occasions where the belt conveyor has used and the storage place and the warehouse.
Characteristics of conveyor belt winding machine
The conveyor belt winding machine occupies a small space and can be installed indoors and outdoors, and can be used in underground mines.
The winding machines produced by our company are mainly divided into three types:

Suitable for conveyor belts with a width of 500 mm-2000 mm, the length of the tape can be rolled up to 600m.
The design can be customized according to the parameters required by the customer.
The main structure
LE series conveyor belt winding machine is composed of a motor, cycloidal pinwheel reducer, main frame, sub-frame, and mandrel. The motor has normal and explosion-proof depending on the place of use.
The driving device consists of a 30 KW motor directly connected to the colloidal pinwheel reducer, and the drum is driven to rotate by the coupling.
Operation and use
- Place the machine flat on the work place, adjust the direction of the tape, ensure the level of the two ends of the roll, and then fix the stand.
- Add 70# industrial gear oil to the oil level line for the reducer and replace it every three months.
- Adjust the position of the belt stopper on the reel, and press the belt width +10mm.
- Jog test to see the correct direction of rotation can be used
- Push the transport head into the device as shown in the figure, manually take the lead around the core, and then turn it 3-5 turns to leave. It can be automatically rolled up by the weight of the transport belt.
